Do Seaview mounts come with a top plate?

Many don't. Titles that say "Top Plate Required" or "Must Pick LTB Top" need a separate plate or top matched to your equipment. Order both together.

How do I choose a mount height?

Pick a height that lets the radar or dome clear people, antennas, and lights around it, and that keeps a camera's view unobstructed. If you have several devices, a dual mount or light bar can stack them on one post.
